Accessibility surveys include, but are not limited to the following:

Parking lot accessibility - This includes the design of accessible parking spaces, the number and locations of accessible parking spaces, appropriate signage, grade and surface materials used in parking lots.		The existence and design of curb cuts or curb ramps that allow access to side walks from the street and/or parking lot.
Accessible ramp design and location		Accessible entrance(s)
Passenger Elevators		Access to public restrooms facilities, including appropriate design of all public use elements and areas according to the ADAAG
Accessible drinking fountains		Accessible public telephones
Access to all common use/public space within the boundaries of the building		Appropriate signage complying with the ADAAG
Emergency warning and alarm signals complying with the ADAAG
