ACCESSIBILITY SURVEYS

Abilities UNlimited, Inc. evaluates buildings and facilities for compliance with Fair Housing Act and Titles II and III of the ADA and assists clients in the development of an Implementation or Transition Plan to achieve compliance:

Abilities UNlimited, Inc. has conducted more than 5000 accessibility surveys and workshops for private and public sector clients in 22 states, Canada, and the District of Columbia. Bill Scott, Lead Accessibility Surveyor, is an ICBO certified Accessibility/usability Specialist.

Accessibility surveys include, but are not limited to the following:

Parking lot accessibility - This includes the design of accessible parking spaces, the number and locations of accessible parking spaces, appropriate signage,
grade and surface materials
used in parking lots.
